38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
John 7:38-39 (KJV)
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
Bottom line: You have an eternal source of life within you.
Teaching
While Jesus was on earth, He taught the people about the Father and the kingdom of God, He healed their sickness, He delivered the demon-possessed among them, and He performed the miraculous. Men traveled from different cities just to come and see Jesus preach and perform miracles. Those who had a hunger to see the kingdom of God were satisfied by the words of Jesus. The words that He spoke brought light, direction, and inspiration to those who opened their hearts to it. On one occasion, Peter confessed:
68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
John 6:68 (KJV)
The words of Jesus were a spring of living water that gave healing and freedom to all who opened their heart to it.
10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
John 4:10 (KJV)
Then came the time when Jesus had to leave the earth. His disciples were worried because they wouldn’t hear him teach or heal the sick again. But Jesus reassured them with these words:
38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
John 7:38-39 (KJV)
This verse of scripture means that everyone who believes in the finished work of Christ will receive the Spirit of God, who will become an eternal source of life and inspiration in them.
The same way the Holy Spirit inspired the words of Jesus is the way He will inspire the words of your mouth. A Christian has in him an eternal source of power and life. Jesus said:
14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
John 4:14 (KJV)
If you are a child of God, then in you lies an eternal source of life which nations can drink from. The Spirit of God in you is that Source of life.
But you’ll have to learn how to stir the waters within you so that you and others can benefit from it. And the easiest way to do that is by praying in tongues. When you pray in tongues, your spirit is stirred from inside and inspiration begins to burst forth from within your spirit to your tongue.
No matter what profession you are in, you can take advantage of this source of life, locked within your spirit. When you get stuck in a situation at your job, in your family, or in any other domain of your life, you can quickly get out of that situation by praying in tongues. When you do that, inspired words begin to proceed from your spirit and suddenly, you’ll see the way out of that situation.
You have an eternal source of life in your Spirit which can unblock any situation you may be trapped in. Take advantage of that today and navigate your way through every storm.

Prayer
Thank you, Lord, for the gift of praying in tongues which you have given me by your Spirit. I declare that as I pray in tongues, every crooked road is made straight and every mountain before me is moved in Jesus’ name. Amen.
